More sand, unexpected huge lakes and sand. guess where I am? lol crossing the Sahara after my last flight over the Med on this trip. Beirut to Cairo to Khartoum. there's enough history and culture and modern controversy in those three locations to last a whole trip, let alone just two legs. and here it is in living FTXG color...
