Bruce Hamilton Posted July 3, 2012 Share Posted July 3, 2012 My little sister Heidi wanted to go flying again, so I took her up to check out Concrete Muni in the state of Washington. Unfortunately, mother nature provided us with some lousy flying weather with too much overcast and low ceilings, but Heidi still had a great time.
