Flyboy Posted April 22, 2012 Share Posted April 22, 2012 Great pics Andy. It's a nice part of QLD. I have fond memories of a two week stay in Caloundra. I went out to the airport one night and watched a Mooney take off just on dusk. Less than one minute after he departed, a roo jumped across the same runway! I'm sure the pilot had no idea that he'd just missed it. Here are two photos I got of the aircraft - a little out of focus as it was my first digital camera and I had no idea how to use it at the time. I didn't get a shot of the roo unfortunately.
