General Platform Updates

New Features

  • Added support for FSR2 and DLSS/DLAA. Note: DLSS/DLAA is only available with Nvidia 2000 series cards or above.
  • Added Resolution Scaling support for image upsampling and supersampling.
  • Added screen space reflections (SSR).
  • Added Contrast Adaptive Sharpening (CAS).
  • Current flight plan is now saved and loaded with flight recordings.

Downloaded and installed with no problem.  It asks about halfway through if you want to deactivate the old P3D6 installation which I did..  I had some problems activating the new installation.  It turns out there is a different license for P3D5 and P3D6.  I did not have the P3D6 license but eventfully found it on the LMp3d website.  This P3D6.18 version looks still better than the previous version and seems to run better also.  P3D continues to improve.

Hello,
for future reference, the answer to that question should always be "No".
It is only intended for those who wish to reinstall onto another PC, which
is not permitted if P3D is still activated somewhere else.
