ryanbatc
Will we ever see a RDD version in MSFS? I loved flying there and into the small airport of Benton in P3D. Remember this legendary scenery? Rob Abernathy
I'll second that request! I live here and did the photography of these two airports so Jarrad Marshall could make them. Have to use P3D to fly around my home town now as MSFS version is not so good.
ravenn22
I'm missing all of Jarrad's airports in MSFS
iflygary
Omg Ryan, Talking about throwing a rock at a hornet's nest! While MSFS has added a lot to many of the default sceneries, there are many areas that we were spoiled with in FSX/P3D by Orbx, that are no longer there. The areas you mentioned as well as so many of the PNW airports aren't there in MSFS. I flew from Concrete to Squamish yesterday and as I flew over Skagit Regional and Anacortes, and into Squamish, it was disheartening not to see all of the high def areas of the past. I know they are pumping out new areas right and left, but can we get all of the "Oldies but Goodies" back in our flight sim lives???
Lance Arnold
I would like to add my name to that request. As I do GA VFR flights along the Western seaboard USA, Redding scenery would make the transit very appealing. I would also like to request KMFR Rogue Valley in Oregon so that I would have scenery connections between the Coastal and Western Cascade Ranges. KRDD Redding Municipal, Redding, Californi8a KMFR Rogue Valley International, Medford, Oregon
Pidder
It is really sad, but lots of months later: no KRDD, no KEKA, no KFOT... all these airfields in California have been so nice in P3D. Tell me, why do we miss them in MSFS?? And will we see them at all????
Rodger Pettichord
The biggest disappointment of MSFS in my opinion is how much scenery is degraded. Not just individual locations but whole areas. I'm hoping 2024 addresses this flaw. Really hoping. In the meantime, I still go back to P3D when MSFS just doesn't cut it somewhere.
Rob Abernathy
I do the same Rodger. No way can I fly around the KRDD area with Shasta Lake et all in MSFS, have to use P3Dv5.
Lance Arnold
Wow, 2 years since I added my vote for KRDD and we still dont have it.. I am still flying small Cessna's up and down the Western Seaboard from KORS Orcas to KPSP Palm Springs, and I miss not having the scenery for KRDD Redding. It is still available for FSX and Prepar3D but not for MSFS, I guess I shall just have to accept that it never will be ported over.
