TigerTigerM Posted January 31, 2021 Share Posted January 31, 2021 Having got one 'heavy' out I thought I would run another. This time the CLS DC10-30 in Lufthansa colors. What was interesting about the departure from Arlanda, (in Spring), for Warsaw, was that the engines sounded completely different to the 707. More of a low pitched whine than a roar. Again, like the 707, it has that 'weight on the controls' feel which means strength & finesse are needed. TTM (P3D v4.5) Probably over flapped for take off. Away she goes.
