Then go to the location you designated for backups and delete the products folder. Then go to settings\help and run the sync simulator function. Then try reinstalling. Jon Clarke Posted October 13, 2020 Share Posted October 13, 2020 You need to open Orbx Central and then follow the guide given by Doug. I attach a pic that shows where to go and also the location of the Backup file you may have if you have not turned the make a backup copy option.
