joyeuxfouineux Posted October 11, 2020 Posted October 11, 2020 After 3 installations, removal, and resets that were incomplete, because of a file that has a decompression problem. Attachments after each installation, and after checking files. Always the same problem.
Doug Sawatzky Posted October 11, 2020 Posted October 11, 2020 Hi Please go to settings\downloader and clear the temp location. Then go to the location you designated for backups and delete the products folder. Then go to settings\help and run the sync simulator function. Then try reinstalling.

Jon Clarke Posted October 13, 2020 Posted October 13, 2020 You need to open Orbx Central and then follow the guide given by Doug. I attach a pic that shows where to go and also the location of the Backup file you may have if you have not turned the make a backup copy option. This is assuming you are using Windows. if not I am sure Mac has an equivalent location to C drive.
