Jayz Posted November 24, 2020 Share Posted November 24, 2020 Reading this leaves me to think that if a product is sold under the Orbx developer name and not a third party then it should be addressed and fixed by Orbx? All I keep seeing through the bug threads is Jon being as helpful as possible and acknowledging bugs only for it to be 'tagged' to the person responsible who completely ignores the problem, only then do we find that the person is an external developer and doesn't work directly for Orbx so nothing gets done even though that person has seen this post. I'm holding off on future purchases until there is a proper reporting and fixing structure in place and an 'External Developer' has the same responsibility as anyone else who works/sells under the Orbx brand.
