Then I purchased an Orbx product to enter your "Expand Your Horizons" promotion (Eligible Purchase). The transaction ID / receipt number is 5d6557293efc4. The products purchased yesterday are: - KCGX Meigs Field Airport for X-Plane - EGLC London City Airport for X-Plane The products have been added to my account, but when I click on “Installer” in the Orbx Central window, a windows tells me: “ERROR: A communication error occurred when trying to perform this action”. But I don't have any communication problems. I told you this problem (request 14802) and an email from Orbx invited me to answer a question: "How does Orbx expand your horizons?"I answered, but the same error message appears. Today I choose the “Manual Download” so now I have two files on my desktop : - kcgx-xp11-c35feb50-2b56-4eb2-82f4-fb06557553ff.f, - eglc-xp11-05e1eeae-860b-431b-b368-9df7710ce04c.f, but the same error message appears. Note that I had no problems when I installed your Innsbruck Airport for X-Plane. Another remark: In Orbx, on the page “My Products”, I clicked on LOWI and then clicked on “Verify the files”, but the same “Communication Error” message appears.>> Could you please tell me what I have to do to install those two airports? See attached file. You said that if an airport is greyed out in the Central it means that is not available for my sim, but it seems that if it is greyed out, it simply means that I owned it but that it is still not installed.
