vFiReStOrMv
At 65S whether I start off on the helipad or fly into it, my chopper starts sparking and smoking like it is on fire. I have tried to restart the sim and tried different aircraft still same result.
Doug Sawatzky
Hi I am not able to replicate this. Even with crash detection turned on, there is no issues, at either the airport helipad or the hospital helipad.
vFiReStOrMv
The airport one is fine, but this is what I am getting at the hospital.
vFiReStOrMv
I guess I will try uninstalling the scenery and then install it again. Hopefully that will fix it.
FireRx
is it possible your striking this cabling when you come in for a landing?
vFiReStOrMv
No, even if I start off there in the sim cold and dark, it still does it.
Doug Sawatzky
Hi Is your crash detection turned off?
vFiReStOrMv
Fresh install of FSX and Orbx sceneries and this still does this. If I turn crash detection off it causes heli to crash, even if starting there cold and dark, it does it before I can even start anything. But at least all my scenery looks good. I do hope to find a fix for this though. There must be some kind of invisible object it is hitting. I do not have any third party mesh installed to cause elevation issues. Just not sure. vFiReStOrMv
Yes, I said it backward. If I turn it on.
carlosqr
Have you tested with a default heli? Yours seems not to be a default one and could be the reason, maybe not compatible of needing an update. Is your heli for P3D v4? Cheers
vFiReStOrMv
That is the default 206B but I have tried it with other helis as well, and small planes loading them up there. They all do that. I have only used FSX aircraft.
