On the assumption that your operating system is Windows: It looks like you have already added the Orbx X Plane 11 libraries to your account. Please return to the Orbx Direct website. Now you need to click on any of the green "Get FTX Central" icons. The installer will be downloaded to your PC and you should run it as an administrator.
