Therasnew
Hi, I'm having a big problem with ESNQ, it is like the whole airport has sunk into a big hole? Regards. Dan
Scott Harmes
HI, Do you have FTX Vector installed? Have you run the AEC configuration tool for Vector? Which simulator are you using? Please post a screenshot showing the issue. Cheers,
Therasnew
Yes I'm using FTX vector and I have run the AEC configuration tool. I'm on P3D ver 4.3. Screen photo to follow. Dan
Marcus Nyberg
Maybe the screenshot will make the issue a bit easier to understand, but in the meantime, make sure FTX is run on top of any mesh / addons that might affect the area in the scenery library. You can set the insertion point for ORBX products in FTX Central.
Therasnew
Marcus, here are 2 screenshoots and I have already checked the scenery library and ESNQ is at the top Dan
Marcus Nyberg
Are you using any AI-addons such as MyTraffic etc?
Therasnew
Yes I'm using traffic global.
Marcus Nyberg
Ok, not sure Traffic Global has the same things going as MyTraffic used to. They add custom files for airports which interferes with our scenery addons sometimes, creating weird issues like the one you are having. Can you have a search for ESNQ in your P3D folder & Traffic Global folder and see if there are any other files showing up that are not part of our scenery folder? I would bet it's a conflicting file. Marcus Nyberg
Also, have you tried to reinstall the scenery?
Therasnew
OK I'm back after a lot of work. I searched my P3D folder for any not normal ESNQ files didn't find any. I reinstalled Global Traffic, the ESNQ scenery and ran the AEC configuration tool again and I'm glad to report that the ESNQ scenery is now OK. No clue what did it, but I'm glad the problem is solved. Dan

The autoconfiguration does not always catch them as it relies on the scenery.cfg file.
