Sebastian Hess
Hi Guys, when flying to Cardiff (EGFF) I always get a scary wall and all the GPWS bells and whistles on final (see picture). I can't disable it in the ORBX Vectors settings, though. Any ideas how to fix this ? Cheers, Baz
macca22au
You should be able to disable this airport in Vector manually. Go through the list on the one side and when you get to it, highlight, use the disable transfer button and it should be OK. I have found that Vector no longer gives a full scan when one selects auto-config. However if you later use the auto-config it will restore your manually moved airfields and you will need to do it over again.
Nick Cooper
Hello, as there is no Vector AEC for Cardiff, Vector is having no effect.
Jack Sawyer
I see this all the time in this exact same area. I used to call it melting granite or some such. I just ignore it and fly on my merry way thinking it's my system.
Sebastian Hess
Thanks - it doesn:t show in the manual mode, unfortunately.... So I suppose I'll have to bear the Boeing/Honeywell bloke yelling at me before touchdown... @Nick, would the ORBX Wales scenery also show this behaviour ? Thanks, Baz
