Sundog
My Palm Springs Runways, Taxiways, and Tarmac are sunken; although the runway has ribs of land across it. I've run the vector AEC tool and it's still the same. Any ideas?
bob34
EDIT - Had the same exact problem. I went into FTX central / setting - and clicked "save" on the library insertion point and tried P3D again and now the elevation is fixed. Bob
Doug Sawatzky
Hi Guys Please apply and or confirm the below. Ensure all of your 3rd party addons are at the top of your scenery library and above your FTX entries. Then in FTX Central 3 Insertion points, move "FTX entries should be inserted below" just below your last 3rd party addon. Then move the "openLC entries should be inserted below" just below your FTX entries. and click "Save". There is also the below topic. Sundog
I tried all of that and it still isn't fixed. Here is how my scenery order is set up as I only have one major not FTX scenery installed at the moment; 1-Antarctica X 2-Add Ons Folder 3 down-All Orbx Airports/sceneries Next #'s-All Orbx Landclass Next #'s-FS Standard scenery (Edwards AFB, etc.) Next #'s-Continents (NA, SA, etc.) Next #'s-Orbx Vector Files Next #'s-Base files Next #'s-Orbx Vector AEC 2nd to last-Default scenery Last-Terrain
Doug Sawatzky
Hi, Are these "Next #'s-Continents (NA, SA, etc.)" Orbx Regions? If they are, they need to be just below your #3 entry and above your "All Orbx Landclass".
Sundog
I have no idea, how would I find out? Those are scenery entries 262 through 271 and just read, Western North America, Asia, Australia, Africa, etc.
Holger Sandmann
Hi there, those are the default regional scenery entries and OK as they are. It sounds like you perhaps have some other KPSP airport file active. Have a look here for further suggestions: https://orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/141040-south-cali-and-kpsp/ Cheers, Holger
Sundog
OK, I have it fixed after reading the other thread, but I'm not sure why. I didn't have any third party mesh installed, so I installed my FSG mesh and re-ran the Vector AEC airport elevation program and now everything is good elevation wise. There is another problem, which I assume is related to a setting, but I think one of you guys could explain it to me better and I'll start a new topic for it as this one is resolved.
