ken w
I purchased YBBN for FSX on the 22/9/16 from the flightsim store. I have given up trying to contact them. My download will not load up into FSX. Can anyone suggest what I might try. I have been through the insert disk 2 etc but it was a download. Jon Clarke
Have you unzipped the download? You do not install it from the original zip download. You have to Unzip the download. Once it is unzipped you will see several files including one which is an exe file. You then click on that with the mouse and run as administrator. As soon as you mentioned ""insert disk 2" in your post it is apparent that you have not unzipped the download file.
tuisong
Hi Ken, I have just popped in to say welcome to the forums. You will find everyone friendly and helpful here. Jjaycee1 is right about the disc 2 problem, I fell into the same trap several times. (I am a slow learner )
ken w
Thank you Jjaycee 1. I have extracted it to a desktop folder and I may have missed running as administrator. I'll try that. Cheers Ken

ken w
NOTHING works. Tried all the above. All IO can say is DON'T purchase any ORBX scenery from FlightSim. They do not reply to phone calls, their "Live Chat" is always unattended and they ignore emails.
