Try the Firefighter X software for aerial skills on retardant/ water drops on going wildfires. unlike it predecessor FsActiveFires, the one not only simulate extinguished fires, you can add other AI aircraft form you hanger and assign them to your incident. also multiplayer sessions with other simmers can be done. Here's a couple of screen shots from the current fire in Trimmer Springs, CA. You can download Live fire data and reproduce active fires in Real life onto you sim.
