Is the discount still on?  I should not have to pay full price.  I have bought 33 products from you and I think it would be terrible that I supported you with early purchase of this product and you then make me pay full price for the updated product.  That would be awful customer service and I am sure you won't let that happen.

Ok.  If I do not get a discount I am done as a loyal customer of ORBX.  This is not good service at all.

I have bought 33 products from you and will no longer be a customer if you make me pay twice.  I was not emailed or warned of a deadline.

 

First I had to pay $40 to get updated installers for my DVD software now I have to pay double for another product, this is very bad business.
