sorry i not speek english verry well,i am french.

i buy 4 time the 5 martch ftx because the serveur flightsim was not working good .

i not recive my money back i dont no what it s possible to do.

i need help please.

your ftx work s fantastique ,is not for be nice,trust me.

Hello everybody,

Sorry, I don't speak English very well: I am French.

On March 5th I accidently bought FTX four times because the Flightsimstore server wasn't working well.

I did not receive my money back for the three copies I don't need. I don't know what to do!

I need help, please! (If possible in French!)

BTW FTX works fantastic, and I am not saying that just to be nice, believe me!

Okay, FILOU, did you try to contact flightsimstore already? You might want to give it a try using this form:

Seems to me this is the first thing to try!
