jlund
Is it allowed to have both FSX SE and P3D v3.1 at the same time and install ie. FTX global, vector, Lc etc in both sims? I like to try out new addons in FSX to see how it looks/performs before deciding to install them in P3D Jorn Lundtoft
Nick Cooper
Yes, the licence allows more than one install on the same PC. Theoretically, you could have five, one for each simulator version.

I just purchased P3D and it's GREAT to hear that I can use my Orbx scenery with P3D and also continue to use it with my FSX installation on the same PC. I'll still be able to fly my non-P3D aircraft over great looking Orbx scenery! I own P3D, FSX-SE, and FSX, but currently only have FSX installed. Does the Orbx scenery install into each program separately? (Does it take three times the space as a single installation?)
wedge1047
Hi Matt, Yes the scenery has to be installed into each sim and yes it would take up three times the space in your case. I do believe you may have problems with install into FSX and FSX-SE on the same pc. It is covered elseware in the forum. cheers Reg.
