There's a wealth of detail in Orbx's partner NZA Simulations' Milford Sound area release - but these initial pics are more to do with the stunning scenics: The waterfall is beautifully *animated* St Martins Bay: Many of the local airstrips are modelled - a real treat!

MSFS has many faults, but the one thing that never ceases to amaze me is the quality of the terrain tiles ... so much variation and so much detail. I tried a flight from Dunedin to NZQN and found myself seeing these wonderful tiles on the [rather peculiar] RNAV approach to NZQN: All with Orbx NZ Mesh - not that you can see much evidence of it (!). Question for Iain: would pic #1 qualify for the screencomp? I know Cumbria is close to your heart - but I was wondering whether to swap it for the NZ version - #1 above <?>.

Nice one of the dreaded "widowmaker"! I saw a couple of these flying low and fast when on holiday in Germany in my early teens - they were very noisy - and looked amazing!

Since A2A released their stunning Comanche, I've almost been to busy enjoying it to take screenshots ... but finally ... here are three: more to follow, I'm sure!
