Friday and Saturday night dances, met my girlfriend's dancing to these.
Back in High School most dances had lots of SLOW dances! Romantic to the core and it wasn't till a bit later they expected you to dance faster and sweat....ugh.. LOL
Wife and I met as Sophmore/Junior in HIgh School. Great songs.

After you do please do the flight from Quenstown to Milford. Following the lake, then find a path through the mountains. It always brings a smile to my face.
My wife and daughter also did the flight from Quenstown to Milford with me. They still try to embarrass me with the story of when the pilot ask who wants to sit up front next to him, I actually I pushed aside all others to get to the front.
Best wishes
Bob
Just made that flight. Loved it, so scenic!

Went to the Monterey Pop Festival in June of '67 and my favorite was Jimi Hendrix. Probably giving away my California upbringing...lol.

Now that was fun Pete. Great pics too!
Now, looking at the tree line just above where the top of the wing strut connects I'm seeing a Ghost!

Wonderful shots! I've been to this airport numerous times and you really captured it well, along with the great action shots of the Corsair.

Does it have a glossary?

Nice shots and entertaining narrative too Bullfox, thanks!

Nice screens John! I think this release brings a whole new level of immersion to the CityScene experience. While testing I noticed all the low tide PR and was glad to see it this way. So much detail and you can imagine the tide coming in and covering those areas, giving the scene even more life. Besides, aren't there clams to be dug in some of those low tide areas?

Kids and I went to Ireland couple years ago and always had to remember to enter the roundabouts to the left since I'm an American. They had too much mead one night so I drove us back to the hotel in Shannon. Got to a round about and I faked like I was going to go right.......their reaction was priceless!
Personally I always thought the metric system was easier it use. At least here in the USA we kept the width of railroad tracks the same as in Britain.

I have been using the metric system since I joined the military back in 1989...everything we do in the Infantry is measured by the metric system. When I go hiking and camping with my friends now, when they ask how far the hike is, I tell them about 15-20k. I get some strange looks in return. I further confuse them when I tell them we will be starting the hike at 1700
Landon
ha ha So true Landon. Bit of a late start for a hike though!

Captured the essence of Catalina for sure.

Loved the story and pictures Pete. The wind reminds me of my stay on Adak Island out towards the western end of the Aleutian Island chain. We always referred to the wind as the "hawk". It always blew sometimes mild other times like a Willy Waw!

Testing ESSB was a labor of love. Always look forward to what Marcus is working on as they all have that wow factor and amazing modeling. Nice to hear about the ins/outs of msfs developing too as it helps us to test with more knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes. Thanks Marcus and I hope y'all enjoy ESSB as much as I am.

That was fun!
Here's a guy that improvises as a street performer. So good. He'll play a song he's never done before by listening once on his phone a bit and figuring it out.
