I forgot to add that TE Netherlands for P3D is actually a region with "5 hand-coloured seasons". As far as I know, it's the only one.

The vegetation is changing seasons in the P3D versions of TE products.

Speaking of landing challenge... this sure is one of them!
Great to see it in MSFS Finn!

My chair is over 40 years old and squeaks like an 80 year old Piper Cub.

I had no problems with installing SU5, HF1 and HF2.
But I do notice color banding as if the color resolution is off. It looks like an HDR kind of feature my monitor (non-high gamut) can't handle.
It is most visible in the blue sky and clouds (purple colors and gradients with rough transitions).

The last one is a winner!

I hardly have any add-ons for MSFS. Only a few planes and one Orbx cityscape.

Marvelous set Carlos. Some look true to life.
Orbx did a masterpiece with it.

I also have Intel PTT available in my i7 8700K.
Question: will it affect processor performance when activated?

Impressive modelling.
Nice views Iain, thank you.

You can also rename the community folder to whatever you want and rename it back afterwards.

Thank you for your clarification Steve.

While I am excited with all the heli news, I'm a bit concerned about Asobo not bothering implementing a native helicopter flight model in the engine anymore as more helicopters will likely follow. I do hope those external flight models remain working well in future MSFS releases as they seem to be tweaks (or hacks?) to a fixed wing flight model. That's the FSX way if I am not mistaken.

No thank you. Discord is a too fast medium for me.
Forums are much slower, better handling and greater oversight to my taste.

Now we're talking Orbx!
This one, together with Elstree and Shoreham gets us back to the old days of the GA airports.

Great news!
The FSX/P3D version was from Russ White. Who is responsible for this MSFS version?
-
I don't know what I like most: the scenery or the clouds in the caps.

One of my favourites in P3D. Nice to see it done for MSFS.

I missed the release completely. Will check it tonight.

For me, the former logo were the characters "O", "R", "B" and "X" but with the new logo they seem to interact more with each other.
As for the missing link to flight simulation; it could be a marketing choice. The name is well known in our world and does not need any additional explaining in my opinion.
Just like every one knows that, if we say "Galaxy S" without mentioning the brand, it's a Samsung.

I saw it immediately when I opened the forum. Nice logo, well done. I like it how the "b" and "x" are interacting with each other.

Can you please post a link to your download for your official package for MSFS, on this thread
Better: Orbx could adopt the package like they did with Larry's PNW Ferries and install it through Orbx Central.

There is talk on the MSFS forums about getting poor quality photogrammetry data due to overloaded servers, which is then cached on your own PC so it keeps looking bad, and this seems to have some truth to it.
I have Rolling cached switched off permanently and it still doesn't look good compared to PG cities in the US. The story about overloaded servers is a good point though.
So, I'm interested in the developments around Orbx London but I'm a bit deterred by the texture quality of many POI's. Will this change?

I flew Jetstar from Darwin to Sydney and haven't noticed any shortcomings in service. It was a night flight so I tried to sleep the whole 4hr flight.

Quite a long domestic flight...

I never thought about a flight from st. Maarten to Amsterdam being completely domestic.
Thanks for the insight Gerold.
