i am afraid that it might be in conflict with one of my addons , i think it has something to do with " modellib "
Add-on Linker can check this and will repair that for you.

I would like to see screenshots of the latest version. The textures and mesh are updated but the screenshots on the product page show the old version which is not that great.

Here´s the proof, not much movement on the apron...:
For a moment I thought I was looking at an MSFS screen capture.

Everything which goes in the Community folder can be handled by Addon Linker.
If you setup AL, the program asks for your add-ons folder. These are the folders outside the Community folder where you install all add-ons.You are not limited to just one folder. I have two:
A global one with Rex Accuseason, GAIST, FSLTL, libraries, Mamudesign freeware, etc. Pretty much everything which has global coverage in MSFS.
Next, I have a folder with my airplanes, airfields, patches, mesh, plane-mods, etc.
Each category has its own folder structure. For scenery, I have made folders by region and then sub-folders with countries.
I then can easily disable or enable regions in which I fly. Pretty much like FTX Central worked when we had to switch regions. It is not mandatory but it helps loading the sim faster.

I'm beginning to feel that more add ons = more issues.
Yes, there's an issue that happens so now and then.
Please mind that eventually the WT Garmin will be the sim default.

Place , Plane , Mesh , Season ( Rex accuseason ) etc. that i want to a flight at that particular area of the world !
Then i want to fly somewhere else . Do i have to close my Simulator and do the same process again ?
Yes. MSFS looks at the Community folder at startup. So, everytime a change is made MSFS needs to be restarted.

Since all of my Addons are placed in the Addon Linker and in my Community folder it is just a shortcut , the Update will still be Succesful ?
If you have Orbx Central to install directly in the Community folder, there is no further action needed. When installing outside the CF, no action is needed if the file/folder structure of the add-on is the same. Otherwise, Addon linker will notice the change and comes with a reload suggestion. Most of the time it's best to delete the installed older version and install the new version. I do not know how Simmarket is working with their app, btw.

Something to do with having Orbx Alaska mesh or not?
-
I altered your line to make it Orbx's first person:
We do not release any statements of intent until we have enough information to make a decision one way or another.
Is also an answer Orbx could give.
Communication takes away half the speculation, frustration and doubts. Not only now but always in any way.

If these are with an empty Community folder than I do not know what the problem is.
Maybe I was looking at the wrong place? I did direct to the south after take-off and examined quite a large area up to the lake near Stans-Buochs airport.

The easy way to remove static is, to have them in a separate BGL file.
Having a separate BGL makes it possible to just disable them by removing/renaming that file.
Since I only just begun learning the MSFS SDK, I do not know if it was possible to have multiple BGL packages besides the modellib, etc. in a project in the first iterations of the SDK. If you want to remove the static aircraft in a single BGL airport, then you need the uncompiled XML file which is never part of an airport package when released.
At least, this is how I think it works. Still a novice at present.

We're losing too many familiar faces these days!
Indeed, and not only the world wide known but also local heroes.

I made paper model kits which could be assembled. The Piper Cub for instance, of which I made even two.
(Pretending) flying with them, was not an option since the build quality was... well...

I have done this and it works great.
Using libraries in Orbx Central is the way to keep add-ons physically outside the Community folder and then link them with Add-on linker.
-
Odd addition indeed since Fairways was freeware from the beginning.
-
I just did a flight from LSZN (nice little airfield!) and didn't notice any anomalies.
My Community folder was, besides a project I'm working on, empty.
Have you tried with your CM folder empty?

My biggest gripe on MSFS being on X-box is that some developers are toning down their add-ons (mainly aircraft) for it to also work on X-box.
This, because of the limited amount of memory and (perhaps) local storage. -
I just "purchased" KORS with my Orbs and I must say, it looks very rushed.
The runway polygons seem to just smacked on the ground and there's a big, uncolorcorrected patch which covers planes parked in the grass with a forgotten part. See picture, left of the helicopter. This, and the apron indeed kills immersion and is not Orbx style at all. Is this getting fixed?
This is exactly why I do not buy Orbx airports at the moment.

Good point.

You mentioned replay and sound utilities. I guess the market for such add-ons is not that big and MSFS is improving on those areas?
-
The fact that the add-on filename starts with a 'z', tells me that the developer wants it on top of the rest of the scenery.
But what it is, I do not know. My Milford Sound folder is named sdr-milford-nodem, so your folder is not the version for people without the Orbx mesh.
-
Payware or freeware?
In case of freeware I can imagine that those devs have enough of the constant sim-updates making their add-ons less compatible.

Yes, I think the most logical & fairest way would be when awarded for purchases made you could then use the Orbs on any future product.
Like Just Flight is doing. Indeed a nice system.

Thank you Ken.
I didn't know that this was possible with the map.
