The older FTX Central won't work anymore for you. And no need to reinstall v4.5.
I would go to the Orbx Direct website at https://orbxdirect.com/ and login, and go to "Account" and view all your products, then you should be able to select the product and click on the green "Download via Orbx Central" button, just make sure you are also logged into Orbx Central with the same email as you are using for Orbx Direct.
-
Hi
Maybe try logging out of Orbx Central, then restart your PC and log back in to Orbx Central and try again.
-
No worries, no need to be sorry
Not all v4.5 products are compatible with v5.
Do you still have v4.5 installed? If so, could you please post a screenshot of the Orbx Central list for both sims?
-
No, when you open Orbx Central and select the v5 simulator from the top drop down menu and click on "My Products" all your v5 compatible products should show on a list on the left hand side, then click on the product and it should reveal the install button.

Do I need to re download the installs for 5.2
You should be able to just select the v5.2 simulator in Orbx Central and then select install function, and Orbx Central will use portions of the v4.5 files and only download the the v5.2 compatible files.
-
So is that a yes? You are trying to use v4.5 files for v5.2 simulator?
-
Ok, I don't really understand your issue....are you trying to use v4.5 files for v5.2 simulator?

Hi, welcome to the forums
First, please try deleting the content.xml, and the .dat files in the Scenery Indexes folder, and also deleting and turning off the rolling cache.
There are also several topics relating to this issue on these forums that a quick search will reveal.

Hi
In Orbx Central, have you gone to settings/help and run the sync simulator function?
-
Hi
You could also check with the developer linked below.
This product has been produced by Gaya Simulations. For Gaya Simulations product support, please to go http://www.gaya-simulations.com

I am now eagerly awaiting Zendesk to ttell me to delete rolling cache, community and content.xml
And don't forget about deleting the .dat files in the Scenery Indexes folder, just incase they do.

Hi Henk
Have you seen the below topic?
-
Hi
Just curious, did you try the above procedure?
-
Hi
I wonder if the common basic procedure of turning off and deleting the rolling cache, and also deleting the content.xml and Scenery Indexes files, and then restarting the sim would rectify some of these issues? It certainly is harmless to try.

Hi
I would also go to in Orbx Central, settings/help and run the sync simulator function.

I highly doubt it is a Vector issue, but you could try a full uninstall and reinstall of Vector.
Also, please have a close look at the below topic and follow it's process carefully.

Hello, and thank you for answering my question.
I don't know if my understanding is correct, first install P3D and delete the client, then need to start P3D? Or reinstall the client and restart?
What step do you mean to say "no" when it asks you to deactivate?
Do I need to disconnect from the Internet to launch Orbx Central?
Could you tell me the specific steps?
Thanks a million!
Hi
Are you running your PC in administrator mode? If not please do, and turn the user account settings off.
First uninstall the P3D client.
Then reinstall it.
Please leave your PC connected to the internet.

Thanks
But this topic does not belong on these forums, although, maybe there are other FS forums for it.
-
Thanks
Your scenery library order is now correct.
I didn't notice the first time I looked, but I do not see "Orbx Objectflow" installed anywhere, so please install it and ensure it is activated in your P3D Add-ons menu.
Then please do a verify files of all of your Orbx products.

Hi
The P3D Client is the module shown in the below image, you can uninstall it, and when it asks you to deactivate it, say no. But you will need the P3D download on you PC to reinstall it, which will be the second image.
Then start your sim, which is the simulator called P3Dv4, and shut it down after you open the default flight.
Then start Orbx Central.

Hi, welcome to the forums
I would first reinstall the P3D client only and then restart and close down the sim, then try Orbx Central.
