Please open Orbx Central and go to settings/help and run the sync simulator function.

Then restart your PC.

Then open Orbx Central again and go to the LKPR product and click on the verify files button.

Welcome to the forums, I have merged your topics here.

Ok, I thought we were talking P3Dv5, but then I see you may be talking P3Dv4. So I uninstalled PNW from the root simulator folder in my P3Dv4 and reinstalled it to an external library. It now shows at the top of my in game scenery library, but different than yours. In both our cases it does not matter that it is at the top because it is install via .xml method in an external location. I am not using Addon Linker, so that would be my guess as the only difference in appearance of the entry.

 

And for P3Dv4, the insertion point seems to only apply to items in the root simulator folder (scenery.cfg).

Does it look the same in your in game P3D scenery library? Or does Addons linker just want to show it that way?

 

I have my PNW installed into and external library so it does not look like that.

After doing a verify files of KORS, I now see the ghost shadows, I was initially looking for them while driving around on the ground, and can only see them at a certain light and angle. But from above they are far more noticeable.

Because your image is so small, I don't think others looking at it are seeing what you are seeing and not describing, so I have edited your topic title.

 

I do not see the parked aircraft ground shadows in my simulator at KORS.

[What am I missing here?]

Also, FlightSim and Avsim are general all simulator subject forums and Orbx is for the most part Orbx product only related content.

I believe It is a limitation of the simulator, starting Nov 1 the sim thinks there is no longer any colorful trees, and TeraFlorav2 still uses the core simulator date/season system.

 

Oct 31 seems to be the last day of colorful trees.

As Matteo has stated above, developers only use the nav data that is supplied with the default airport, and I do not profess to be an accomplished IFR pilot.

 

109.9 is the frequency for the 05 approach @ 054 degrees.

111.3 is for the 23 approach @ 233 degrees.

 

I installed the  Navigraph nav data cycle 2211 and flew the ILS 23 approach both manually and using APR mode and they were both bang on perfect.

 

I uninstalled the  Navigraph nav data cycle 2211 and got the same successful results.

 

So I see no issues with the Orbx product.

Yes it is addressed to you. The reason I ask is because I cannot find a published ILS 23 approach for this airport, therefore I have no frequency or course to test. The published ILS 06 approach works just fine and I see there are other non ILS approaches for 23...so where are you getting your ILS 23 approach from please??

Poor Ozzy's...even after the recent Canada update, my City of Calgary, house and property are very well represented, but my home airport CYYC is not even close. I thought this was a flight simulator, not a Dougies backyard simulator lol.
