  1. Hi Gabe

Please tell us what location that is of your screenshot.

Also, Please post a copy of your scenery.cfg file found at C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\FSX.

Please note: Do not open the file and copy and paste the contents, just attach the file.

To get rid of the black squares you will need to uncheck the DX10 mode option in FSX.

  2. How fast and at what altitude are you flying the fighter jet? Maybe try a Cessna 150 or 172 for some lower and slow flights.

Ya, London has always been extremely hard on PC's, even the default London back in day was always complex, and now along with a complex aircraft and higher speeds...

If it clears up with the sim paused as you have stated above, confirms there is nothing wrong with the scenery. Maybe there is other stuff your PC is trying to do in the background as well?

As an aside, you seem to have both NA SoCal & TE SoCal installed. I didn’t install NA SoCal because I assumed it would conflict w/ TE SoCal. Is that a mistaken assumption?

No, there would be no conflict, but TE being photo based scenery will always just over ride any landclass scenery.
