DesertPilot Posted January 29, 2015 Share Posted January 29, 2015 In my avatar area (on the left of this post), I see "Order # N/A" but I can't find a way to remove or edit it in my profile settings....I noticed most members here don't have an "Order #" line appearing... Ben McClintock Posted January 29, 2015 Share Posted January 29, 2015 Hi DesertPilot, I'm not aware of a way to remove order number bit completely, but if you want to edit it: First, click your name up the top right, then go "my settings". Then scroll down to "Profile Information" where you should see a section for "order #" Then click "save changes" at the bottom of the page and you're done! DesertPilot Posted January 30, 2015 Author Share Posted January 30, 2015 I tried with Google Chrome, Firefox 35 and Internet Explorer 11, and on two different computers...all have the same behavior, the Order # editable field still doesn't display for me. In the order # area of my profile is now "n/a" and I can't edit this field. Then I read a topic, that I have to edit my signature with all the Orbx-Products. I've done that immediately. Please can you admins edit the order # area in my profile with the following data? Or is this data only relevant, if I have a question to the support??
