This could be industrial areas, buildings, nature areas and missing airfields. I live in Norway and have some POI that I would like to see in the scenery. One thing to keep in mind that we've exhausted our NOR budget for custom models meaning what we can add is restricted to landmarks for which we have already suitable models or "generic" landclass that we can place. The beaches are already on our to-do list; they require quite a bit of manual work but I agree that they are pretty obvious natural features. Other than that it would be nice with for instance the stadiums for the soccer teams in the premier league. Great to hear that the beaches are coming.
