Adam Banks Posted November 1, 2014 Share Posted November 1, 2014 The RNZAF have just replaced their old red/yellow CT-4's with brand new [black] Texan II's : http://www.3news.co.nz/nznews/rnzaf-red-checkers-to-receive-new-black-aircraft-2014110109 I'm delighted, as I was never really a fan of the CT-4's - and always thought the name "Red Checkers" was a bit cheesy! Apparently, there'll be a competition as to what to call them. I'm guessing "Black Diamonds", which will be hilarious when they repaint all the aircraft yellow next year Here's Adrian Brausch's excellent livery for the IRIS version a while back.
