Lowfi
Hi there, I have the beautiful Queenstown airport installed over the NZSI area. Unfortunately I manually adjusted some levels in the Scenery Library and accidentally moved some of the ORBX entries. Now the runway at NZQN sits in a gulley where the terrain levels are messed up. I've tried moving things around to bring it back to normal but fear I've just made the problem worse. Can anybody suggest a solution, or perhaps post a screenshot of their scenery library so I might be able to figure out where everything should sit? Cheers, Matt
jaydor
Just reinstall NZSI and NZQN and it should rectify your misadventure.
Lowfi
Thanks Jaydor, I guess that is probably the easiest way around the chaos I've caused. Trouble is I now need to find where I put the scenery discs following our house move?! Wish me luck!
Holger Sandmann
Hi Matt, actually, the FTX block of entries in the scenery library menu sorts itself into the correct internal order each time you run FTX Central so the first thing I'd do is to start it and click on Oceania and then Apply. Mind you, airport elevation issues are often caused by third-party add-ons. Thus, if the above tip doesn't fix the issue at NZQN do a search for other add-ons of that airport as they may use a different elevation. Shalomar
I installed NZQN; everything fine. I then ran the NZSI 002 patch. Bingo, elevation issues. Reinstalled airport... NZQN fine but now Milford sound messed up. Looks like you need a NZSI 003 patch... Donald
