When I built my rig There was no budget, I spent almost two and a half years looking for the best way to spice up fsx and money was no object, I just wanted the best. I have spent over $6000.00 so far on this never ending voyage, I've got a home cockpit, actually, I pretty much have an airplane in my basement. After the cockpit was built I needed more, so enter the addon world. I tried scenery addons that I thought would be best for my system and give me the best fps and so on. The reason I didn't try ORBX products earlier was because they looked way to amazing to work on my system, so much detail such rich textures, " No FSX system can handle all that" I said, so other addons it was. Well, with that being said, I would like to go back in time and kick the living crap out of myself for not getting these amazing products that work better and look better than anything I have seen before. I now have all of NA scenery that FTX offers and I am frantically waiting for more. I totally support your products 1000% they are absolutely amazing! My Dad was a bush pilot in the Northwest Territories of Canada as well as BC and Alberta and he said my sim was incredible after I added ORBX products, it brought him back to the old days. Rob Newman Posted July 26, 2013 Share Posted July 26, 2013 As a real world pilot, flying out of the PNW for real, I am constantly struck by just how real the FTX regions are... Landmarks, details, airports... It really doesn't get any better. In fact I'd go as far as to say I prefer it even to the blanket photo-real areas! Of course FTX has their fair share of those thrown in too I would say though, while you're waiting for the eventual full US coverage, I believe FTX Global will most definitely help satiate that longing in the meantime, and you haven't got much longer to wait Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

She said "All you do is lock yourself in the basement and play your dumb game!"
