S45 sound files

Quick solution:

Go to "Microsoft Flight Simulator X\ORBX\FTX_NA\FTX_AA_S45\Scenery\" and look for "duplicate" file pairs (same name, but one with "OFF" appended at the end, e.g. "S45_sound_birds.bgl" and "S45_sound_birds.bgl.OFF"; see the explanation below). Delete just the ones with "OFF" (only where duplicates exist!). Then, go to the config panel and try again...

My findings:

When you disable one of the options, the corresponding BGL file is renamed by adding "OFF" at the end (e.g. "S45_sound_birds.bgl" becomes "S45_sound_birds.bgl.OFF" and so on). When you reinstall/upgrade, the original (non-OFF'ed) file is reinstalled, and there are "duplicates" in the folder (same base name, one with "OFF" appended). The config panel cannot then rename the file to "<name>.OFF" when you disable an option since a file with the same name already exists (due to the fact that you disabled the option in the previous version).

EDIT: Added some clarification...
