kernow43 Posted September 27, 2012 Share Posted September 27, 2012 I have installed both Brisbane & Melbourne airports from ORBX Brisbane is excellent very pleased with it. Melbourne is woeful! I have grass where the tarmac is, also sections of tarmac are like water. Trees growing out of taxiing areas etc. I have tuned both to the recommendations in the user guides. My system is HP Pavilion dv6-4008tx Intel Core i7-2630qm cpu@2.00ghz 2.00ghz 8.00 ram 64 bit OS ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6570.0 1gig dedicated video card. Ian Routley Posted September 27, 2012 Share Posted September 27, 2012 Some further information may help with your issue. Do you have ORBX regions installed (if so which ones) ? As an aside note, the taxiways at YMML are made using resampled ground terrain. If you have "grass" on these, it may be because you are using the free REX replacement detail1.bmp file. I am a bit puzzled why YBBN was great without the SP packs & YMML was bad. petfy Posted March 21, 2019 Share Posted March 21, 2019 All Australian scenery packs have been combined into a single region pack "Australia". When they were first combined the Australia region was free to those who had at least one of Gold, Green, Blue, or Red. I believe that this holds true today. Attempt to load the Australia region through FTX Central (a downloaded utility), and if it asks for payment, back out and ask for more assistance.
