A couple of remarks about Richard's second to last paragraph, if I may: I believe it contains a typo and he meant to say "[...] it doesn’t mean that Obx NZSI is a full photoreal scenery. [...]". Also, our "special technique" for blending custom ground textures is not "top secret" at all. While it's something that's not documented in the FSX SDKs the general approach has been discussed in various developer's forums and simply involves lots of tedious work and tweaking to get it right.
