simulatorflyer Posted May 2, 2012 Share Posted May 2, 2012 The cabin supply run continues past Spray Warden Cabin via CYBA Banff to Egypt Warden Cabin. Another enjoyable scenic flight. Ready to depart from Spray Lakes Reservoir. Further north up Spray Valley having passed Fortune Warden Cabin. Spray Warden Cabin. No landing possible - so I continue Turning right into Goat Creek trail heading towards Smith Dorrien Trail and Canmore. Passing between Ha-Ling Peak right and the east end of Rundle left. Canmore in front. Looking back at Canmore. Over Banff about to turn right to finals at CYBA. Parked at CYBA. Just a short refueling stop before pushing on towards Egypt Warden Cabin. About to take off alongside theTrans Canada Highway passing through Banff. Shortly after take off following the highway. Leaving the Trans Canada Highway for Healy Pass towards Egypt Warden Cabin. Further up Healy Pass Creek. Weather isn't looking so good.. After a close pass over the ridge I spot Scarab Lake on my front left and Pharaoh Lake on my front right. Both frozen. Now where is the cabin? There it is! The clearing just below looks like a suitable landing strip. Might even be possible to taxi right up to the cabin. Here we go. Spot the cabin?
