Ipso Facto I have screwed up the install. Rather than wasting yours or anyone else's time with a support request I just started afresh from a new download on. Now it appears to be fine. I have never had a problem downloading your product except for this slight glitch which is a tribute to yours and Flight Sim Store's system. A quick word of congratulation on the work you and your team have done. It seems your customers are voting with their wallets. Rightly so. Quickly then - Once it was clear that there was an installation screw-up I started from scratch with a fresh download and the install went fine. Thank you for your trouble and congratulations to you and the England team for excellent work. I don't post much as I consider myself a customer not a junior club member.
