Sonosusto
I removed everything using Addon linker out of the community folder (minus a few planes like CRJ), all liveries and noticed still a large elevation spike. Its just NW of the airport. Again, with the new Alaska mesh and CZST airport all from Orbx.
Jon Clarke
Please provide a pic and location so it can be checked. Use the n built VFR map to have a pic of the general location. Thanks
Nick Cooper
Hello, I removed everything from the Community folder except Orbx CZST and Orbx Alaska mesh. I have no payware products from the Marketplace but all of the world updates and freeware are installed. This would appear to be the view to the north west. Sonosusto
Well, I am not sure what happened. I didn't change anything from I said and went back again but the large spike was gone. I reinstalled everything (via addon linker), including Zinertek Airport textures, PAKT, Mesh and the spike was still gone. Since its resolved, what could have possible caused this? An LOD loading issue? Thanks for your help as usual!
BobbieH
I see these spikes now and then, as things are streamed from the Azure cloud I just put it down to some data error along the way. Quite often the spikes will vanish once you fly close to them or as you experienced they will just stop appearing. The Azure streaming has it's faults but generally it's a great way of providing some of the best scenery available in most instances.
