London Landmarks MSFS in-sim Marketplace: Stuck on install

Hi - apologies in advance in case this has been answered before, but I bought the London Landmarks via the MSFS in-sim Marketplace and after the download the install just crashes, saying "waiting" forever. After which MSFS is also broken and stuck in the "Checking for Updates" loop, when restarting the sim. The only way to resolve this is to delete the Orbx folder from the ..\Official\OneStore\ folder. Can anyone let me know how to install this product please? Many thanks.

Thanks. So from what I understand no one is able to help. The Microsoft forum basically says to reach out to Orbx and Orbx tells me to reach out to Microsoft. I do understand that Orbx has no control over the delivery system, but when offering their products through that very system it should be in their own interest to make sure that also works, or at least advise customers to stay away from it and no longer offer it in the in-game store.
