my answer was an attempt to attract the attention of the three developers who could have advised you on this problem.


In their absence, could you try:


Uninstall Orbx Central using the Windows Control Panel


Your Windows or Orbx Central Temp folder\Orbx

C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\Orbx-central-updater

C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Orbx


Then reinstall Orbx Central and try again.

Nick I did what you said to do delete it reinstall it went right back to page Global open LC North America still frozen showing 13844/18278 I all so restarted by computer after delete it.Sorry guy don't know what to do??

Hi @skyscott,


The provided log file suggests that one of the download chunks may be corrupted, as its failing to extract causing issues in Central. I'd suggest closing Orbx Central completely, deleting the contents of C:\Users\KSDent\AppData\Roaming\Orbx\Central\Backup as well as the %temp%\Orbx\job-cache.json file
