BA001 Posted July 30, 2020 Share Posted July 30, 2020 This morning I bought my first Orbx product, Chaseplane and on attempting to install Chaseplane Orbx Central told me the scenery.cfg file could not be found, so I searched my pc for Scenery.cfg and I found Scenery.cfg and moved it into various places I heard would work (e.g. the FSX Steam Main Folder) although this hasn't worked either. Do you have a scenery.cfg file at C:\programdata\Microsoft\FSX or do you have a scenery.cfg file at C:\programdata\Microsoft\FSX-SE or do you have both? The only way to achieve that is to have had FSX Disk Edition installed and then to install FSX Steam Edition. Please have a look at this topic and see if you can use it to effect repairs. I do not have FSX disk edition, only Steam, so from what you say this product is not compatible with my system at all. I had understood that it does work with Steam edition. If that now turns out to be untrue, can I have a refund please? I don't want to spend my pocket money on something that doesn't work!
