Central can't find my purchased products.

Having had a few network issues etc. I downloaded Central and re-installed. When i click on MY PRODUCTS it shows Courchevel which was free, and SAM. None of my purchased scenery shows up.

I click on EUROPE to check and select TEGB South for example, it says installed into X-Plane but when i click 'verify files' it says i don't own the product...I bloody do, i've paid. I own all TE-GB, EGHI, EGHR, EGKA, EGNM. Plus the freeware scenery, its all in my X-Plane scenery library, bought and paid for. I now can't update or re-install software I own...

 

Also, every time i re-install central to try and clear the issue, its says i need to uninstall Central V3 to prevent clashes...?

Hello Mark,

go to Users - NAME - AppData - Local - Programs - Orbx central, see if you have more than one Orbx Central icon in there.

Hover your mouse over the icon and the version will be shown
