active TrueEarth GB North and South fail to upload

Installation Errors when installing updates for both sceneries, rendering them unusable.   One files reported as 'failed to convert' for North, two for South.

Please attach your Orbx central Log file available via Orbx central/settings/help.

Also please run the Verify Files option for the affected addons of TEGB South and North.

You do that by opening Orbx central, scrolling down until you see the addon, click on it. It then appears on the right hand side of the page and scroll down to the Options section and choose Verify Files.

@Nick Cooper or @Doug Sawatzky please move this to Orbx Central support. We seem to have recently got a few of these Failed to Convert issues occurring so maybe @Mitchell Williamson could be good enough to advise.

There is an issue with texconv not being able to convert the required files. 

 

The error code relates to a missing system component, however your log shows that almost all files have been successfully converted.

 

Can you run the following installers to double check that they are installed on your machine correctly.

If you still encounter this issue, I have provided a .bat file with the following contents:

Please run this then upload a screenshot or copy the output into a text file. This should show what is causing texconv to not run correctly on your machine and allow us to provide further assistance.
