Also please run the Verify Files option for the affected addons of TEGB South and North. You do that by opening Orbx central, scrolling down until you see the addon, click on it. We seem to have recently got a few of these Failed to Convert issues occurring so maybe @Mitchell Williamson could be good enough to advise. There is an issue with texconv not being able to convert the required files. The error code relates to a missing system component, however your log shows that almost all files have been successfully converted.
