Larry W
I was monitoring file usage in P3D v5 and noticed that a dump was being produced silently in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\CrashDumps every time I closed P3D, with no on-screen error. I disabled all add-ons and there were no dumps. I then re-enabled add-ons one at a time or in groups and narrowed it down to ObjectFlow. And, depending on whether or not I visit an airport with ObjectFlow, there are two different types of dumps produced. If I don't go to an airport with ObjectFlow: SYMBOL_NAME: api+2e5c MODULE_NAME: api IMAGE_NAME: api.dll STACK_COMMAND: .ecxr ; ~~[0x2f88]s ; .frame 0 ; ~0s ; .ecxr ; kb FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: INVALID_POINTER_READ_LEAK_c0000005_api.dll!Unknown If I do go to an airport with ObjectFlow: SYMBOL_NAME: clr!UMThunkStubRareDisableWorker+3f MODULE_NAME: clr IMAGE_NAME: clr.dll STACK_COMMAND: ~0s ; .ecxr ; kb BUCKET_ID_MODPRIVATE: 1 FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: CLR_BOOTUP_EXCEPTION_COMPLUS_c0020001_clr.dll!UMThunkStubRareDisableWorker It's important to note that I have no problems at all while in the sim. ObjectFlow appears to work normally. I'm curious if this is unique to me or it anyone else is seeing Prepar3d.exe.<number>.dmp files in their %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\CrashDumps directory. Nick Cooper
Hello Larry, I think this will be one for the developers, so I have put it into the Orbx Central forum.
Ben McClintock
Hi Larry, This should be resolved by the ObjectFlow v3.0.2 update. Please open Orbx Central -> My Products -> Orbx ObjectFlow and ensure you're up-to-date.
