Just bought the London City Scenery and noticed the Runway Edge lights are "under the Earth" The Light it self is weak to recognize at night. EGLC will work without TEGB South but with potential visual anomalies. To get the full benefit of EGLC you would need TEGB South installed as informed in the product detail page at Orbx Direct. Without TEGB South, you may see anomalies, as you are doing and as indicated in the narrative on the the product page. It is designed to work with TEGB South which a slightly different mesh built in it versus the default XP mesh in default XP scenery.
