Stewart Hobson
Previous advice, perhaps in order to forestall certain display anomalies, texture morphing, etc., has recommended installing the Open LC products into the P3D root folder, which I have done. I assume this advice still holds true for Open LC Africa?
Nick Cooper
Hello Stewart, to be honest, I don't know if the advice to install back into the P3D root folder works because it involves a reinstallation and in doing so corrects the error or whether it is the location itself. I tend to favour the first explanation and I am finding that my topic that explains how to fix the usual problem of blocks of texture and night during the day seems to work for both methods of installation. Stewart Hobson
Thank you, Nick. I haven't noticed any problems with the other Open LC products installed in the P3D root folder, so I went ahead and installed Open LC Africa similarly. I'll be on the lookout for any problems, but don't anticipate any.
