Would you please provide a status update on this? I'd purchase this today if the reduced texture sizes were available. I'm not going to wait much longer. Thanks. I really would like to have the new building textures and models so can someone at least answer a couple questions? 1. Do the textures use bitmaps so that I can set TextureMaxLoad to 2048 in the cfg file effectively overriding the 4096 resolution? 2. Nick Cooper Posted June 17, 2020 Share Posted June 17, 2020 Hello, in the absence of an answer from either developer, I can tell you that the textures do have bitmaps. Opening one of them in Windows Photo Viewer reveals that. I can't see why you should not be able to convert the textures yourself, from the release date, some users have posted that they had done this.
