Please check your system meets minimum requirement. Using Windows 10 Pro Old age may be my main problem. FTX Central worked fine for years. I have deleted FTX Central and tried everything I know and cannot get Orbx Central to work. I get the message that Orbx Central Worker failed to launch. I have reinstalled the three requirements you have listed. Orbx central installs but is shaded and will not operated. I am open to any suggestions.
