This is really a question about Orbx Central, so I will put it into the Orbx Central support forum for you. Assuming that you are using Windows, if you open the user guide and scroll down, you will see a section on the prerequisites needed to make Orbx Central work. Please download and install ALL of the following (even if you think they are already installed, please run them again). Once you have installed them all, please restart your computer, then open Orbx Central again. System Requirements Windows Windows 7 SP1+, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 are supported.
