active Global Base Pack

Hello support forum :)

 

I bought the FTX Global Base Pack yesterday as i wanted to make my sim experience better. I have FSX Steam Edition. After buying the product, ORBX central installed the product to my sim.

But when I went on to check the if its working, I was really dissapointed that the product hasnt taken effect. I verified the files once again in ORBX central and it shows that everything is up to date.

I would really appreciate if I can get a reply and a solution to this problem I am facing. 

Do I need to move files to another location?

Please attach a copy of your C:\programdata\Microsoft\FSX\scenery.cfg file.

Here is a topic for you to compare your simulator with.

Do you try going into Settings / Help / Sync Simulator in Orbx Central?

Hello,

your attached scenery.cfg file is unfortunately corrupt.

Please delete it from your PC and start FSX which will create a new and default one.

Then close FSX, start Orbx Central and then set the insertion point to the top of the library and

for Open LC, under the Airports.

Wait until Orbx Central has updated your simulator and then try again.
