cannot log in two the new orbx central after umpteen tries

Hi, welcome to the forums

 

1. Right click your date/time in the bottom right (on Windows), then click on "Adjust date/time"
2. Ensure 'Set the time automatically' and 'Set the time zone automatically' are checked
3. Under 'Synchronize your clock', click 'Sync now'
4. Restart Orbx Central and attempt to log in

What is actually happening when you try to log in?

 can log intop orbx no problem>>>>when i try to log in to the new orbx central it keeps asking for password and and reset it multiple times with forgot password and nothing ...i was logged in at first when it come out but dosent seem to work now .....central 3 works fine....

Can describe exactly what happens after you have entered your e mail and password please?

it keeps saying wrong password or username but central 3 logs in no problem...

Can you try deleting and re-entering them?

You might also try logging out of FTX Central and see if you can log back in with the same details.

Can you log out of FTX Central and then log in with the same details as you are trying to use in Orbx Central?

central 3 works no problem so i will stick with that for now..4 just keeps asking for password and when i click on computer generated password it changes orbx website password so i will stick to what ive got for now....thanks nick for your help

Do you mean the two factor code is not working?

I dont know what the two factor code is but it but 3 works without logging on but 4 does not
